Refund policy

1. OVERVIEW

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through OxyD0pe®, operated by Sports Nutrition Co. BV.

We aim to provide clear and fair return conditions in line with European consumer protection laws.


2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.


3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Seals must be intact

  • Products must be in resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or incorrect.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used food supplements

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

  • Gift cards or promotional items

This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective or incorrect products.


5. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@oxydope.com within the 14-day withdrawal period and include:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.


7. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@oxydope.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.


9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund after confirmation:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary)

10. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
